MCI triage tape
Very well made, generous amount for the price. We used them for our disaster simulation in May and I will be using them in our CERT trainings.

Out of date. Incorrect color
Black is no longer used to indicate "deceased". It's now "Striped". This kit should not be sold or used.

Visual method of identifying patients level of injury and treatment priority.
As part of my CERT class one of the requirements is to be able to quickly determine the medical status of those involved in an emergency situation. This tape can be used as a quick visual aid for first responders. Coupled with the more detailed form kept with the injured it helps prioritize those most in need of treatment

I wrapped my friend up in black tape. Some guys in a white van showed up. They carted him off. Haven't heard from him in weeks. Guess the product works. My other friend put the green tape around his head like a ninja just before we went to the bar last Friday. He got carded all night. We still don't know why. My friend tied the yellow tape around his neck at the airport last week. some guy walked up to him and said "Oh you're flying on United too?" We said, "No, Delta". He said "Man, it must just be this airport. Nobody is in a hurry for anything!"... So we tied the red tape around his neck.

The display and description sounded right, but the tape ...
The display and description sounded right, but the tape is way more than I would ever use as a CERT volunteer. Each roll was about 3 inches in diameter of tape strips 1/5 inches wide, probably enough triage tape for the Red Cross in the whole western US! so I returned it.

Perfect for CERT
Exactly as advertised. Yes, they are a bit bulky, but I like having the labeled tape for my CERT bag.

This product is great for triage training
Used this product works well for triage training. Learned from experienced instructor that the reason this product is not commonly used anymore in actual triage is because it can be easily removed and switched with other patients. Will only use for training exercises.
