Perfect for our bathroom. Modern and one handle.

Installation was really easy. I've replaced at least 10 different faucets over the years and I thought this was one of the easier installations. Everything was clearly marked and it only called for optional silicone instead of plumbers putty.The faucet has a very nice, modern look (which I like). The handle operates very smoothly. I like that it gives plenty of room for your hands so that they aren't bumping into the back of the sink.I feel like the water flow diameter coming out the bottom could be a littler wider. It seems narrower to me than what you'd expect from the size of the faucet. I have to say that this is actually fairly common in faucets so not really exclusive to this faucet.The overall negative to me for the review is that the chrome one really shows water spots like crazy. The sleek modern look just looks "not clean" after a single use.

Peerless P1519LF Xander single handle bathroom faucet, made in China, comes with almost everything needed, besides tools, silicone sealant, and plumbers tape. Additionally, if you have an older house with original plumbing, you may need some additional parts such as water line reducers.Installation should have been simple, but I am one of those people with a home built in the early 1970s. The bathroom plumbing is original to the house and includes valves with metal waterlines built in. I spent more time removing the old faucet than installing the new one except for when it came to installing the waterlines. This was a frustrating exercise, and if I had enough pipe coming out of the wall, I would have cut off the valves and bought new ones. I have the skills to get the job done, but I can see where some in this situation would need to hire a professional.Once installed, I find the location of the drain pull rod difficult to use. The faucet is set fairly close to the wall, so there is little room to work the pull. The old faucet uses a three-hole configuration, while the Xander faucet uses one. A plate is included to cover three holes when set closely together, which is not the case in my situation. The water flow is controlled by the angle of the lever, and can get a bit forceful at the top end. These factors aren't a problem with the faucet, but definitely something to consider before purchasing. Very stylish, good quality, great value for your buck.

This a one touch, very modern style faucet. Everything we needed for installation was in the box - deck plate, pop up drain, and supply lines.(You will need to purchase plumbers tape and silicone sealant.) The instructions are easy to read and simple to follow.You can replace a one or three hole faucet with the P1519LF. We replaced a 7 year old three hole faucet and have been quite happy with the extra room this new style gives for hand washing and for my granddaughter's teeth brushing. But that's all I like. Next year, We will be moving this faucet when we remodel our smaller bathroom with a complete modern makeover. I'm sure it will look much better.It's personal preference, but I really think you need a fully modern themed bathroom for this faucet to really be appealing. If you have that, are building it, or remodeling "modern" you should consider this faucet.*Made in China

Modern style faucet. Decently made but not great. Water spots showed up the day it was installed. Needs constant wiping to look good. Not bad to install. Someone with experience took 1 1/2 hours to complete. Controls are easy to use. Water flow has a thinner stream than usual for water savings but force is same as usual.

This faucet is quite small and can look out of place on a large sink.
