I take 4 per day, and in just the first month of taking them, they delayed my ovulation and period - which is a good thing!!!! After trying for months for our second we went back to taking these and again conceived. They are pricey, but we found that the quality was worth it for us. Added bonus, these are very small and easy to take!

I am into New Age health tactics, CoQ10 has been around and is effective. The concept with this product is that it is really the most effective, readily available version of CoQ10 . there is real science to support that and I will let you do your own homework. This product absorbs incredibly well and is a high quality CoQ10. I am personally, willing to pay for that. I do take cheaper supplements where appropriate. For instance, you can get cheap Colostrum that is good but with CoQ10, you need this product.
