Sea buckthorn is amazing!!! I do take 2 pills a day, morning and evening, and I really can tell a difference in my hair, skin and nails. I have done extensive research and this one is perfect for me. My hair is really shiny and it grows really fast. My nails are long and strong. I highly recommend this one. I have bought more expensive ones on Amazon too but they didn’t do any better than this one so why pay the extra money. This one is great and I subscribe to it too.
