Omega 3-6-7-9, 90 Count

I bought these based off a sample that was given to me from my local health food store. Granted, I'm sure the store would be saddened to know that I ended up ordering from Amazon, but the price was so much better! Anyway, I decided to purchase these as I get pretty grossed out by the after taste of fish oil and after using my sample of the super fruit...I was hooked! There is no after taste and after only a few servings, I felt great! I literally felt more energetic, clear headed, and I believe another customer indicated they curb your appetite and I actually think they do. I have had some pretty bad issues with eczema on my face which takes a lot of work to manage, but after 3 days of taking the super fruit caps, it appears to have cleared up some. The only thing I don't like is that you need to take 2 caps 3 times a day, so that is 6 caps a day...fish oil is only one cap total. Less product and more money. Oh well, I suppose if I am seeing results, then it's worth the investment. Enjoy!

This product contains carrageenan (causes inflammation for one thing), sorbital (laxative), food starch modified (derived from wheat and not good for those who are gluten intolerant), glycerin (sugar alcohol with a laxative effect/ headaches) purified water (doesn't say, but could be RO - Reverse Osmosis which would be real bad). Sorry - I am usually very careful about what I purchase and definitely slipped up this time because I did not see these ingredients until I had the bottle in my hand. These ingredients are definite no-no's.

Saw no real change after taking these for 2 months, but has quality ingredients. I'd say it's worth a try. I'm only 20 so maybe it works better for older individuals.

LOVE this supplement. Definitely noticed an improvement in my physical wellness. I have a lot of joint pain and overall body pain, and this has definitely been helping. Also kind of a great appetite suppressant, since there is so much good stuff in there.

I like them because they're easy to swallow and non-fish sourced. My cholesterol and triglyceride levels have improved since taking these and my doctor is amazed. I'm on my 7th bottle.

Not suitable for vegetarians. The description says Veggie Soft Gel but the ingredients have Gelatin Soft Gel.

I have extremely dry eyes because of hypothyroidism. This helps tremendously.
