Personally I wouldn’t use it for that unless you can 100% guarantee no water will get to it. Otherwise the water will sit there and rot the flooring.

I used with electric underfloor heating with no issues

Is this one sound proof?

No, I think you need sound proofing to sound proof not underlay, however it’s the best quality I’ve ever laid if that helps and over a wooden floor definitely dulls the sound.
