Flimsy and not suitable for elderly or hard of hearing
Bought this for elderly mother to replace Amplicomms phone that was no longer available. It was more expensive and contrary to the manufacturer's blurb, the buttons are not extra large and the features and sound did not make it suitable for the hard of hearing.
