Worked great on cast aluminum.
Bonded cast aluminum tab back onto motorcycle frame after crash. It only holds plastic panels but the bond is very good.This stuff is very thick. I tried using a static mixer and epoxy gun. Broke the gun trying to push it through the mixer. Hand mixing was also a chore due to viscosity but the final result was worth the effort.When working with epoxy, make sure your parts are clean first!
