The Hitman's Bodyguard [Blu-ray + DVD]

Brilliant

I'll watch any movie with Samuel Jackson and he does not disappoint - lot of swearing so be prepared.Ryan Reynolds is also great as his sidekick. Very entertaining. And let's not forget Salma Hayek who very eloquently plays SJ's wife. She is hilarious! And the evil Vladislav Dukhovich, played by the great Gary Oldman. A must see and can't wait to get the sequel, which I have heard is also very good.

Samuel L. Jackson is the funniest I have seen him in a movie apart from "Kingsman", and to some extent "Django Unchained" where he displayed superb acting skills in his portrayal of a black man house servant in the slavery era.In the Hitman's Bodyguard Samuel L. Jackson is the central figure that connects other central characters played by Ryan Reynolds, Salma Hayek and Elodie Yung. In essence, these individuals can well stand on their own as demonstrated in their earlier movies, but the Hitman's Bodyguard achieves the function of housing the characters giving the audience a sense of safety, whilst providing elasticity that allows full expression reinforcing the correctness of this ensemble.Salma Hayek is delightful as the badass wife to Samuel L. Jackson's hitman whilst maintaining indestructible femininity that can be seen as having its roots in the abiding spirit of woman. Ryan Reynolds' sardonic pre-disposition is both aggravated and mitigated in this complex father-son surrogate relationship between him and Samuel L. Jackson who becomes an unexpected mentor successfully instructing him about his love life.This movie presents Samuel L. Jackson as a man that is ready to laugh at himself having established his position in the movie-making industry by playing more unsmiling characters.Gary Oldman delivers as the baddie trying to thwart their plans to reach court in time and testify against him for crimes against humanity.'Very enjoyable film from start to finish.

Ryan Reynolds and Sam Jackson are hilarious. Salma Hayak is very sweary. Excellent film.

Good film with comedy fast action and good story, i had seen it on Netflix and had to buy it. Very funny all the stars are great in this i recommend it if you like a good laugh with plenty of action this is for you.

What can I say this movie is very entertaining,you laugh all the way until it finished and the action is ace.Watch it you wont regret.👍

A very funny film but the follow up is even more side splitting. If you like raw comedy films these 2 are definitely for you. In 4k and Dolby Atmos sound it was better than a visit to the cinema.
