This company offers a great product and excellent customer service. I’ve purchased many of their frames, and many of our children’s artwork has been displayed in them. Switching out the artwork is a breeze, and the frames look great. However, I encountered an issue when the frame fell and broke off the corner of the wooden frame. Fortunately, the plastic part and the glass remained intact. I reached out to customer service, hoping to get a replacement outer frame instead of buying the entire frame again. They were prompt to respond and resolved the issue quickly. I had purchased the frame a couple of years ago, but I appreciate that this company stands by its product and cares about customer service. I would highly recommend this product to other parents and wouldn’t hesitate to buy more frames for myself in the future.

I ordered these frames on July 22, 2020 and the estimated date for me to receive them was between Aug 3-10, 2020 (I live in Hawaii). I was shocked to receive my frames in the mail 3 days after ordering them. Amazing job to the dynamic frames team for getting them out so quickly. I absolutely LOVE these frames. I love the fact that it is easy to open the frame, add a piece of art work or picture, and close it up to display it. I also love the fact that it comes with hardware so I can display it vertically or horizontally. The best part is that it holds up to 50 pcs of artwork in one frame. It's so convenient for it to be a store and display art cabinet. I bought these frames mainly to display and store my son's artwork. Definitely a great purchase for anyone who has kids.

I’m so impressed with these frames. They came with a hanging template which made it easy for me to lay out the frames on the wall and install by myself. The frames have a metal latch that keeps the glass frame locked in place. You have to push the latch to open. To add/replace the artwork, you just push the back which has a spring and the art work is held in place by the corners. For the price, it’s definitely worth it. Great quality!

Love this concept! One frame, many pieces of artwork. Easy to open 'cabinet' door and add the newest or most inspirational art for that moment without having to remove frame from the wall. Weirdest hanging device I've ever seen and dealing with that process was not fun, my only wish is that the smaller frames would have had the sawtooth hanging option like the larger frame, so that I could have skipped drilling holes into my wall but otherwise I'm thrilled with these frames.

Very nice. They make my 3yo's finger paint look loke real art, haha. My complaint is that the hooks to hang horizontally are placed so the door opens up, making everything inside fall down when you open the door. I will have to move the hooks so that the door opens down, but that requires tools. I also wish that the glass were plexiglass instead. I know that glass is nicer quality, but since they are meant for homes with young kids, many of us would value safety over looks.

Very nice frames, but one arrived with a significant scratch. Customer service instructions were clear and simple, and I was sent a replacement plastic window very quickly! I understand that damage happens in shipping (especially near the holidays) - I really appreciated the clear instructions and fast service.

Second time I have purchased da Vinci frames for my three grandsons artwork! The beauty is that it’s so easy to put the artwork inside the frame and it also stores previous works of art! Good looking well-made.

These are definitely a bit pricey but are so cute and easy to use! I think that we are going to get much use out of them in the years to come and would definitely recommend them. We are on our first pieces of artwork hanging in them right now and they look great on the wall! Highly recommended! If they weren't so easy to use I might not put so much artwork on the wall but they truly are a breeze so I think they will get lots of mileage.

Great Frames, had trouble with smashed glass with shipping twice! but company is fantastic and gave full refund so still worth the purchase. I bought glass from a local company and had it cut to size for only $15 a piece so it worked out in the end, just a lot of work and dump fees to get rid of all the smashed glass but having said that I do recommend this product and I would buy it again.

I'm super happy about these ! It looks great ! I will purchase more eventually. I have a concern though : I was let to believe it would come from a warehouse in Canada (says so on the website, for canadian buyers), but it came from California instead, so I had to pay the duty fees (43$)... I did not expect that. Very good product, it was black like in the descriptive picture. Good quality, smooth mecanism, enhances perfectly any drawing !
