Yes this should be compatible with macbook pro 2018 as long as your macbook has a hdmi port, but i believe macbooks usually use thinderbolt or displayplay ports rather than hdmi so you will need a relevant converter cable

No it has a fixed stand that is only capable of tilt, you could however mount on a monitor arm but you would need to purchase this separately

It has a USB port so I can only presume it would. It plays an x box series s fine so it should work
