I really like all of the Earth Harbor products I have tried so far, and Ahoy Love is no exception.The good:*Moisturizing & gentle - doesn’t leave my skin feeling tight and dry*Smells good - Two of the ingredients, hibiscus flower extract and jasmine are good for your skin, and give Ahoy Love a nice scent*Clean - filled with beneficial, naturally derived ingredients*Sustainable - Ahoy Love comes in a glass jar, with minimal and recyclable packaging. While the jar can be recycled when the product has been used up, I plan on keeping it to reuse.A few negatives (for me at least) are that the glass jar makes it easier to water down or contaminate the product, as you need to apply it with your fingers, and that it does not remove makeup well. I reached out to Earth Harbor and they said that in order to remove makeup, is should be the second step in a double cleanse. They make a cleansing oil, Sunshine Dew, and I’m looking forward to trying that so this can become my full-time cleanser.

I have the most sensitive skin ever! I am always struggling to find products that clean well and balance my skin. I have oily patches that will break out if it’s to much moisture and dry patches if there is not enough moisture.This skincare line is LIFE CHANGING!!!! I have almost all of their products now! My skin is the most dewy and balanced it has ever been, I don’t even have to wear foundation most days!! 10/10 would recommend!!

The first, and overwhelming, scent when bringing the product toward the face is alcohol. It even burned a small cut on my finger. A rather unpleasant scent that smells like a combination of essential oils follows the alcohol smell. This was my experience with both products I ordered (Ahoy Love cleanser and Siren Silk moisturizer). Other than the smell, the products are okay but I can't get past the odor of either the alcohol or the fragrance. Wouldn't order again.

Great as a double face wash. Some washes or makeup removers leave my skin dry, so I double cleanse with this to put some hydration back in my skin. Works wonders, I’m just not a fan of the smell. Not sure if it’s the hibiscus(never been a fan) that deters me or it legit smells weird. But i usually use other products after so the smell fades fast for me after washing.

This product has extremely high quality ingredients! I was very impressed by this brand when I received one of the ampoules in a boxy charm. I came on Amazon to check out pricing and ingredients before we purchased. My fiancé has psoriasis and I have extremely bad eczema so everything peels his face and dries mine out. I ordered this, the brightening ampoule and mermaid milk. I previously had the superfood green one. In one week my skin is better than it has ever been and my fiancées skin has completely stopped peeling! 🖤🖤 One top of that, as a biologist I love that every purchase goes to Earth harbor has goes back into the environment! We are lifelong customers now! 👏🏻🖤

I have been using aloha love cleanser for about 2 years now and absolutely love it! It’s very refreshing and gentle on my skin. I do use a double cleanse method and this is my second cleanser in that method. It’s great for all skin types, smells great, and the container lasts me for almost 2 months! I highly recommend any Earth Harbor products. Their story is amazing and truly have the best clean beauty products on the market today!

I ordered this product because of the way it's made, and the ingredients it's made with. The fact that all the ingredients are natural was a HUGE selling point for me. I have acne-prone skin, so I am on a lot of heavy duty and harsh ointments and creams. The Ahoy Love cleanser is the perfect break my skin needs. I could feel the moisture after the first time I used it. My skin looked quenched and felt healthier and hydrated immediately after using it. I highly recommend.

I initially wanted to try the Mermaid Milk Moisturizer and came across this facial cleanser. I'm picky and my skin won't tolerate anything artificial. I like that it has hibiscus and seaweed vitamins and love the smell, which is light and sweet. No suds, it gently cleanses the skin without over drying and leaves a bright, clean afterglow. A little goes a long way. Of course I follow up with the Mermaid Milk.
