I bought this to replace my old Yale alarm as the outside battery died after 10 years. It was easy to install. It offers all the zones you need to protect your house. The fobs are an added function that I didn't have before. I am extremely pleased with it

Bargain for what you get
I bought this to replace a similar model that was about 8 years old and had started to malfunction. All my previous PIR sensors were compatible with the new unit which made life easier and the alarm was identical and therefore easy to fit in the pre-existing drill holes. The alarm itself is smaller and sleeker than the previous unit but functions in the same way as the previous one. This kit is definitely value for money.

NOT smartphone compatible! Even if the description says so.
The description indicates that this unit is smartphone compatible. It is NOT.Its an old style unit that uses a fob , there is a fixed phone line for the house phone but note it has a UK plug , fair enough. It also mentions WI-FI but that's clearly not applicable either as this is a radio frequency linked device 433MHz .I returned to Amazon and have also advised customer service to change the description! Still waiting for my refund though even though it was delivered 2 days ago.
