Amazon customer service saved the day
This item was a sold as a pair but only one was shipped. Bit of a problem. Amazon customer service immediately reordered and the second order did contain two as per the order. Simple return with the print a label on line. The product is extremely well built and excellent value. It has shocks in the foot so there a click noise but one can live with that knowing the benefits to your shoulders and hips. Small walking lights are amazing. I’d recommend for sure.

Good for prolonged duration/use
They are very solid and fairly heavy (3 lbs per crutch)Excellent tip - wide and made for moving aboutOnly Drawback - I wish we could change the angle of the arm cuff and the strap is too stiff and too highDon’t feel the shock absorbers as much as I would have liked - still feels stiff/hard like regular crutches.

BEEP BEEP
So it started out good getting these a day early. I have lupus so these were a need. Anyway, I got them in a MASSIVE box, and assembled them and adjusted and tried them out.~The grips are awkwardly shaped and I found that they made my palms hurt after 20 minutes of using them.~The knee pads came down when I took a step and I got tired of tightening the bolt so I took them off altogether.~The forearm straps have pinched me when reaching for something and given me bruises so far. The clip to tighten them is very edgy so it's got me.~When they hit the ground it's loud. A loud click that draws unwanted attention although the description says they're quiet. Oh well.~They have lights! And beepers! They're fun for pretending you're a vehicle backing up.~The reflective orange part on the front is awkward. (like that little orange circle will save me from a car when I'm hobbling around in the dark).~I'm not sure if it was intentional, but either crutch beeper has a different tone. Together they sound like my ears would bleed after more than 4 seconds. They aren't very loud, which makes me wonder what the intended purpose is. For the deaf maybe?Anyway! They do the job, and have little toy beepers and lights on them.
