I love Fine Cooking Cook books Just can't go wrong no matter what, this book is no exception OMG died and went to heaven with triple chocolate cheese cake and bittersweet chocolate tart ummy!!!!!!!!!!!!

Who can resist tempting decadent chocolate recipes?Fine Cooking Chocolate contains 150 recipes of mouth-watering treats to satisfy any chocolate lover’s desires. The cookbook is sectioned into six categories: cookies, brownies & bars; cakes, breads & more; pies & tarts; puddings, mousses & more; ice creams & frozen treats; and fudge truffles & more. There is also a metric equivalent chart, an index, and a list of contributors to the book.To add to the tempting recipes, there are some 175 beautiful, full color photographs. Many show the end result of the recipes, while others depict step-by-step techniques.The recipes have been triple-tested by the Fine Cooking test kitchen staff. Additional bits of advice and tips are included throughout the book for extra assistance.Whether you’re a pro in the kitchen or just beginning, Fine Cooking Chocolate has recipes to suit your needs. A quick favorite of mine is for ‘Coffee-Cocoa Snack Cake.’ It only uses 10 ingredients and can be prepared with little difficulty.The recipes are easy to follow with detailed instructions. The only drawback I found with this delightful cookbook was the binding. It doesn’t lie flat for easy access when cooking. However, over time the binding will probably become more relaxed for easier use.Fine Cooking Chocolate is a ‘must have’ cookbook for the chocolate lover’s kitchen. Je me suis trompé de livre, et d'ailleurs j'ignore d'où j'ai sorti le titre. Vraisemblablement du titre du cours d'Alice Medrich en Craftsy, Decadent chocolate cakes, que j'ai suivi avec . AM est seulement une collaboratrice d'un livre collectif, et je ne peux pas savoir avec quelle recette elle y a participé. Mais le livre est plein de succulentes recettes, et les ingrédients faciles à trouver, malgré qu'il vient des USA. À 2 exceptions près: le buttermilk (babeurre, ou lait acidifié, que je ne trouve pas ,même en magasin diététique, et le sirop de mais, que je trouve en magasin diététique, mais le foncé, qui va bien pour faire une pâte, mais pas un glaçage, car il le tient d'un brun clair. Pour ce qui est du buttermilk, on trouve la fabrication maison de cet ingrédient sur Internet. Amazon UK a le Corn sirop, mais le seul qui est d'accord de le livrer, demande 60€ pour la livraison, soit 10 fois plus que la valeur du produit.Ce livre, riche en couleurs et en images, propose , sur 234 pages, et 6 chapitres , des cookies, brownies, barres, cakes, pains, pies, tartes, puddings, mousses, crèmes glacées, chocolats chauds, fudges, truffes et un mélange parfois insolite, de saveurs, couleurs et parfums: crème battue, chocolat et tangerine, chocolat blanc, framboises et gâteau fromage. Des recettes exquises, très caloriques, et pour tous les goûts .
