JIMAITEAM Carbon Fiber Road Bike Saddle Cushion Lightweight Comfortable Bicycle seat with PU Leather Cover for Road Bike and Mountain Bike

This is my second JIMAITEAM Carbon Fiber Road Bike Saddle. I have on on my road bike and now put one on my hardtail, which I use for pavement and gravel bikepacking. I combined it with an elastomer seatpost suspension. I just did 2 day 50 miles each on rough pavement and it worked out very well. More than the amount of cushion, the important feature is that the saddle puts pressure exactly on my ischium, which is the proper sitting bone. The saddle also allows me to change my position and change the weight distribution by simply moving just a bit without having to readjust the saddle. And it looks super cool!

With proper riding clothes that has padding, seat is very comfortable. Weight to cost ratio is fantastic.However, after a few weeks of riding I noticed an infrequent creaking that I couldn’t pinpoint. Minor issue so I kept riding. A few weeks later I investigated more in-depth, turns out that the rear side of the left rail had developed a crack all around the insert point. The rail is intact but the bonding compound around insert point is thin. With the crack the rail flexes more than intended causing the creaking. So if you hear some creaks when you shift your weight while on the saddle, check this area.

I bought two of these. They’re very light and minimalist. I’ve put around 2,000 miles on the first one. I liked it enough that when I bought another bike second hand I replaced the stock saddle with one of these. I’ve been riding since the 80s and these are the most comfortable saddles I’ve had. However, I can’t compare them to $200 saddles because I’ve never ridden one. The longest ride I’ve done on one is 50 miles, but I know from experience that if it feels OK at 50 it probably will at 100. Please note that I ride at a good clip in a typical road position; I don’t know if I’d put one on either a beach cruiser or triathlon bike. Also, these have oval carbon rails, so 1) do not use a seat post that clamps horizontally; an ordinary seat post that clamps vertically is fine, as the rails are the same width as round rails but taller; 2) make sure your seat post doesn’t have any sharp edges that can damage the carbon, and 3) use a torque wrench.

You'd only buy this with confidence if you already use light weight saddles like Selle Italia SLR. Slightly less padding than SLR models so probably slightly less comfort to be expected. For $50 you cant expect it to be perfect. My only knock is there is less fore/aft adjustment along the rail than most popular saddles. My seatpost only gives me about 1/4 inch of adjustment for this saddle. I'm lucky I could still find the ideal setting. I haven't seen anyone mention this in reviews. How much adjustment you'll have depends on your seatpost clamp design. Appears that super light post have clamps that are wider apart so you have less room for adjustment.If it's not comfortable it might just need position adjustments. Keep trying different height and position before you give up on this. Seems to need precise setting or you'll feel your bones ache or knees hurt.

I have had this saddle on 3 different bikes now. I have owned it since 16Feb2021.This saddle is light mine comes in at 115g.The saddle is stiffer then most saddles as it is more for a road bike rider.I have used this saddle in 30-60 mile rides with no sores or feeling sore after riding the bike.I would say if you are used to this kinda of saddle for the money not many can beat it. If you are just transitioning to a saddle like this. It will not be an over night that you will get used to it. Make sure you have a great pair of shorts/bibs and you will be great.

I've been racing bikes for 35 years. I bought this saddle just to see how it was. The size dimensions were just what I like and for $44 I figured why not. I've put about 100 miles on it. It's a great looking, super light and very well made saddle. If it had a Fizik or Specialized logo it would cost $150. It has very little padding, which is fine. I wouldn't use it for any ride over an hour. Too hard. I would use it for the Wed criterium series or a hill climb TT. In racing saddle terms this is a waved, wide saddle. It has a slight depression in the middle, if looking at it from the side, and is 140-142mm wide. For $44 you can't beat it.

A little creaky, not very comfy but very light weight.

Returned the first one due to defect in rail. Replacement is perfect. Padding, what there is of it, is fine but if you buy this saddle you obviously already have quality padded cycling shorts. Recommended.

軽量化目的で購入しました。実重量：１２３ｇと大変軽量です。車体の高い位置の部品軽量化でダンシングのような車体を振る動作をするとその軽さが良く判ります。商品説明では判らなかったのですが、サドル取り付け部のパイプ形状が真円では無く長円の為、やぐらが丸パイプ仕様の場合そのままでは無理な取り付け（締結）となります。私のシートポストは異形でやぐらも汎用品が使えなかったので、サドルの取り付けパイプの長円に厚み0.5mmのゴム巻き付けてやぐらに締め付けました。取り敢えずガタ無く取り付けられました。そこそこの距離を走っても今の処特に不具合は出ていません。サドル座面形状も私には特に問題無く使えています。

純正サドルからの交換に際して軽量化を検討し、初めてのカーボンサドルということで合皮張りのこちらを購入。ポジション出しさえしっかり行えば硬さは全然気になりません。強度/重量共に満足です。他の方が仰っているように、強度出しの為かマウントレール部が縦に長い（高さ8mm程度）です。ブラケットの形状によっては固定できない可能性もあるのでご確認ください。デザインに関しては、謎のjinmei teamの文字以外は満点です。せめてロゴマークとかならカッコよかったものの、明らかに中国語である"jinmei"というスペルと謎フォントが中華パーツ感丸出しで若干ダサい。。。良い商品なのでデザインの刷新希望です。

価格に対して考えれば、PUレザーの貼り付けノリが少しはみ出ていたりはご愛敬。cannonndaleのbadboyに取り付けて、ポタリングのお供にしていますが、不思議と純正のシートよりもお尻が痛くならない。プラシーボ効果かと思いましたが、もう一度純正に戻してみたらやはり自分には痛くなってしまった。パット付きのサイクリングパンツ着用での感想ですが、それでなければさすがに痛いかもしれませんね。固定は恐る恐る4Nで締め付け。メキっともいわず、今のところ、しっかり感はあります。

Bianchi完成車に付いていたサドルをサンマルコのポンザに変えましたが、自分には合わなかったので、軽いカーボンサドルを探してました。カーボンサドルは尻が痛くなると聞いていたのでレザー張のこちらの商品の評価コメントを見て購入しました。取り付けた印象はとても軽い！です。30キロほど走ってきましたが尻な痛くなく快適でした。デザインもカッコよくとても気に入ってます。
