Works for my wife
I bought this product for my wife and she likes this product because she didn't experience a "crash" from the energy boost. I noticed some changes, like some toning of her muscles but I am not sure it's entirely from this product or the overall changes that she has made (diet/exercise). I would buy it for her again because she feels confident that it's working. Awesome stuff! I am 26, and 6,2 In January i was 275. Now with a healthier diet and a light 4day week work out and taking this stuff im at 215 and have tone. Loss no muscle but gained. I take nothing for muscle building just a good diet. And doing everything naturally except for taking this stuff i took a week off of work out and diet and nothing changed.

It works if you do!
I ordered this needing some extra energy for my workouts, it worked great for me and really made me sweat! Which I love!! Because I was able to push extra hard and get the good sweat I wanted, with hard work, this product works, but you definitely have to be willing to still eat clean and put the workout time and effort in .

I actually received this product as a free gift for purchasing some vitamins, it just sat in my medicine cabinet for awhile before actually sat in mymedicine cabinet for awhile before I tried it and I must say that it works.
