Glad I tried this. I have been trying to do sugar free as much as I can and while I don't mind the taste of stevia I find it changes the the taste of certain things this does not. I will definitely be using this as much as I can

I much prefer the “golden” monkfruit sweetener to the white one, and both are the best sugar substitutes I’ve used. The 1:1 substitution ratio makes baking with it very easy. I’ve also used it when making granola or sweetening tea or coffee.

The media could not be loaded. This product is a lifesaver for me! I was addicted to sugar, and was not able to lose weight as a result of it. Then I found monkfruit! Lecanto makes the best Monk fruit sweetener around. It has erythritol. I choose the golden instead of the classic. The golden has almost a brown sugar taste to it. I cannot tell the difference between this and regular sugar. I have tried all other sugar substitutes on the market. This is the only one that works. I have this in my coffee or my shakes all throughout the day and I am 100% satisfied! I buy the huge 3 pound bag! I place the order every two weeks because this product is absolutely amazing and I have successfully lost the weight I needed to because I am no longer addicted to sugar! Honestly.

This brand is pretty expensive but worth it for the lack of glycemic impact. Another brand might be equally beneficial. I keep buying this when I can afford it or it's in stock. I think it uses more sweetener than originally thought. It is not sweet as artificial sweeteners. Don't overdo it, though. Taste and give tongue time to tell you if sweet enough. I have over and under sweetened many times.

This product contains Erythritol which occurs naturally in some foods and is made when some other foods ferment. It is considered to promote health though I am not sure if processed in the form of this product especially promotes health. I do know it contains none of the harmful of processed sugar or its zero-calorie substitutes. It effectively sweetens food however it has approximately 60% of the sweetness of table sugar. The only downside is that an excessive amount of this product will cause digestive issues. With some attention to how much I use, I am happy with daily use.

Oh my goodness - finally a sweetener that is not artificial or have a lingering bitter taste. I have used Stevia for years and while I have gotten used to its bitter taste - Lakanto monkfruit is a game changer. You use it in a 1:1 ratio like sugar and the taste is like sugar! This is a sweetener that will leave your taste buds satisfied. While it is pretty expensive, for me, it’s worth it to be able to have a healthy, natural, alternative to standard options. The only reason I gave it 4 stars for value for money is because I understand the process to get the product to this point is labor intensive and not inexpensive.
