Turns out 'Deglutenated' Wheat Starch isn't Gluten Free enough for me....
Even as someone who is only gluten-intolerant, I had a very painful reaction to this. Don't get me wrong, it makes for a great dough, an awesome deep pan pizza crust, and tastes great, so I'm very disappointed I reacted to it. It does say it includes 'deglutenated wheat starch,' which I felt dubious about, but thought I'd give it a try, trusting the Gluten Free label. It is definitely NOT gluten-free. The results of eating it were horrendous bloating and gut pain all night. I have not had a reaction this bad in a long time. So if you have any doubts, don't risk it.

NOT gluten free
This flour is not gluten free as advertised. I have had really painful gluten intolerance reactions to it. First time I thought it MUST be something else I’ve eaten, but I’ve just had another slice of bread made from it, and I’m in agony. Avoid at all cost if you have a gluten intolerance.

Awful
As keen bakers we were excited to try this for our GF friends. It makes the most sticky, unusable dough imaginable. Tried cooking what we made, but it tasted awful. And such a small amount of flour for £10! Avoid.

I won't buy it again
Not sure what was the fuss about this GF. A huge disappointment. Extremely sticky, glue like, and extremely expensive for what it delivers. It didn't work.

Not wheat free
I purchased this product as it was sold as gluten free. Unfortunately, it is made of deglutinated wheat flour. This was very disappointing as I cannot tolerate wheat in any form. This was not clear on the product information before purchasing. It also arrived slightly open which then contaminated my wheat free area.

Beware
I made pancakes with this, they turned out ok. Only other ingredients i used were milk and eggs (i dont use sugar). When eating them i chewed on something hard! I spat it out, washed it, and this is what i found! Looks like plastic ! Its very hard so i know its not a husk or anything like that.

Do it use if you have a Wheat Allergy.
This has Gluten Free WHEAT Starch in it this is on the ingredients on the pack but not on the web page. This is no good if you have a Wheat Allergy.
