This computer is GREAT. it is fast and looks new. it does not come with a lot of junk loaded on it it clean and ready to install your own soft wear. VERY GOOD DEAL FOR THE MONEY.

Computer arrived wrecked and the monitor was missing.
Personal computer. I never turned it on because it was clearly an electrical hazard in its wrecked condition.

They actually gave me a better model than what I ordered. I received an "Elite" with an i7 instead of a somethin-r-nother with an i5. Thanks! The installed copy of Windows boots and logs in immediately without requiring a background check and blood samples. I needed a computer that was ready to serve me and that's exactly what I received. Tower case was in great condition because it was packaged very well. Can't wait to find an excuse to buy another 😃.

Fast computer, but limited video card upgrade space
This is a really nice computer for the price - refurbished 6th generation towers are hard to find and I had hoped this would handle a dual fan GTX 1050 Ti , but it did not. I had a single fan GTX 1050 Ti in another computer and was able to swap them out. This is now an inexpensive low/medium level gaming computer and excellent at everything else. Really good value.

Good service from the seller
Seller service terrific but the wi-fi connect-ability was on and off at random times. Beware of the small wi-fi adapter on any refurbished HP unit if you're fairly far from your router. You may have to buy a separate adapter with antenna(s). I am and they gave me a $20 credit to buy one. Great people!

DO NOT BUY THIS!!!!
This computer died literally 10 minutes after starting it and plugging it in. Amazon and I both couldnt get in contact with the seller. I'm fairly positive the CPU died on it. AVOID THIS COMPUTER AND THIS SELLER! Will be getting a refund

Not good
Item received with a scratched case, the wrong front power button and, worst of all, wouldn't even start. A big disappointment after waiting two weeks for it. It looks clean and good inside but looks aren't enough to boot it up.
