i think this product helped me but I was disappointed to find it unusable halfway through. It became solid and i couldn't scoop it out.

I ordered the unflavored and added it to some juice and didn't even notice it was there. It easily dissolves in liquid. I love that it also has aloe vera in it, which helps soothe my stomach. Great size- has 40 servings, or 40 days worth.
