So far so good
I’ve had these shoes for about a month and put roughly 200 miles on them. They required no break-in period, felt great right out of the box. I switched from a narrow road shoes because of toe pain and will never go back. These have enough room to wiggle my toes during my ride to keep my blood flowing. When I walk in them my heel slips a little but it stays put during my rides.

Comfortable shoes for longer rides
I wear 8.5 US size in women’s shoes. For my old cycling shoes (also Giro), I had only gone into a size 9 and that was a mistake. When my feet swelled, those shoes were very tight and caused burning pain. For these shoes I tried both 9 and 10. I settled on size 10, though I could have probably stuck with 9. The 10s provide me with ample toe box space, but are a smidge long when I first put them on. Once I start riding and my feet swell, they no longer feel loose. I have no issues when them being loose and floppy while pedaling. Additionally, I figured the extra room would be good for wearing bulkier wool socks in cold weather. As a road cyclist, here’s what I love about these shoes:- very comfy footbed that makes it easy to use these shoes off the bike too- breathable mesh on top of foot (will need shoe covers for cold weather)- wide toe box for my wider feet that have difficulty fitting in traditional road shoes that are narrow- boa dial so that I get that precise control over the the fit - easy to loosen slightly as my feet swell- MTB clips that make it easy to walk

Wide shoe
These feel like men's shoe with a splash of teal on the side. I wear an 8.5 in women, normal width. These were too big and way too wide for my feet.

Comfortable and Roomy!
These clipless MTB shoes look great on and they are very comfortable. I love the roominess around the toe box, especially because I have a wide foot; other MTB shoes tend to make my feet go numb because they are so narrow. Like everyone else recommended, I sized down and the fit was just right. Note: when you first try the shoe on make sure to fully tighten the BOA lacing system to your desired comfort level before deciding if it fit well or not, it makes a huge difference on how the foot sits within the shoe. Overall I'm very satisfied with this product.
