The quality of this urn surprised me, and I’m fussy. The engraving is sharp and clean. The urn has the right amount of weight to it and the screw lid secured everything nicely. It’s beautiful and exactly as I hoped it would be. This is my mom’s finally resting place and she deserves something beautiful. She loved light pink and had a butterfly tattoo on her wrist which made this perfect. Shipping was incredibly fast, was securely packaged and safely delivered. It’s hard to do a review like this, but I know they will help others who will go through the grief I am right now.
