A must-have for any home mechanic!
I didn't know these existed until I saw them used in a youtube vid and I immediately had to buy them. I bought 1/2", 3/8" and 1/4" versions and they are all super strong. I've used them several times and saved so much frustration. A must-have for a home mechanic!

Works but be aware of torque loss
This does work in tight spots. The head of the wrench(where your sockets attach) can be a bit large in some instances, but otherwise it has been useful. Do be aware that there is a substantial torque loss if using this in conjunction with an impact wrench. Still a fantastic tool to have in your toolbox.

Does exactly what is says it does
I have only used this tool a few times, but it works well and as advertised. I have a deep toolbox, but this reaches fasteners that all my bendy ratchets and wrenches could not otherwise reach. One point, you may see a gap between the case halves of the tool and think tightening the two allen screws holding them together would close it up. It will, but the tool seems to jam then. I believe the internal chain and gears rely on having a bit of room to move inside the case to operate properly. Use gloves when holding the tool during operation. The movement of the gears and chain alternately opens and closes the gap between the case halves and can pinch your skin (experience talking here). All and all a great tool!

rarely used, but when it is needed - it is unbeatable
it is slim enough to go places that power tools won't & as strong as youi don't use it every week, but it saves a lot of time in certain situations

You never know you need it until you need it
Just like most tools we all own, you never know you will need a specific tool until you NEED it! Recently took apart my dashboard for heater core work and could NOT get a bolt back in place because of the angle of the windshield. This allowed me to do it with ease!! Looking forward to using it again. NOTE: it is quite big!

This is the one to buy; not the plastic one.
I bought the other one that is plastic. I’ll keep it in the “apartment toolbox” that gets used sporadically and pretty lightly. This one is metal and will put up with more use so it stays in the main tool pile.

Not rated for what is stated!
It shows in the picture description that the “professional” 3/8” model is “impact rated” up to 400ft lbs. I put about 120ft lbs through it for 1 day using a worn 1/4” Milwaukee impact driver. The case cracked and the sprocket teeth are bent. There are metal shavings pouring out of it. It will work fine with hand tools but it’s clearly not impact rated in the slightest. Go for the Matco or Snap on offering if you want one that lasts and actually holds up to a basic impact driver.
