I have the 8 x 3.5 version of this which is packed with beads but I needed something just a little thicker so I ordered the 12x5. This 12x5 has probably the same amount of beads ad the 8x3.5 - which means it's useless. When I pick it up my fingers and thumbs touch each other. It doesn't hold your head, the ridiculous void of beads gives no support. Tossed it.

I love the flexibility of the pillow. I use it to support my neck or my my back. I can fold it in all different types of positions.

Handy for head

This micro-bead pillow offers zero support. It's soft and squishy, and possibly not stuffed with enough filling to create support. I can't recommend it at all.

Got this as lumbar support for my dad for Christmas and it was too big for him. The pillow is awesome, though, but not what we intended it to be used for.

Great pillow, just pay attention to the dimensions listed. This one is very small.

I was a little disappointed as the pillow was smaller than I thought that it would be. I use it for a prop for my IPad instead.
