When this arrived it was so cute!! It was just what I wanted. Color is pretty, writing is clear-exactly what I requested and it was quiet when our pup walks (hurray!).However our pups has been wearing it for a week and already it is falling apart. :( Not worth the price. This was to help if she got loose but as it is the number on the back is unreadable since the breakage has pieces falling off. We go on walks daily and have been on one long hike but if it is made for dogs I would have expected it to last. Maybe if your dog is older and stays at home more? I am not sure. but I am sad, because it really was cute.

I thought I was going to love this tag. It is quiet and looks so nice. But my dog only had this tag for 12 days before the rubber connector broke and the tag fell off. So disappointing.Update: This company contacted me and has replaced the broken tag. Very impressed with their handling of the situation. I have updated my review from 1 to 4 stars.

The look of these tags are great, however, it broke after 2 months. I bought two of them. The company replaced the first tag but then the second tag broke within weeks of the first one. I'm disappointed since it costs so much more than a regular metal tag. I hope they find a way to make these sturdier.UPDATE: The company will send me another replacement for the second broken tag. They said the new ones will be stronger.

I ordered one of these for my dog when her head flapping would cause the tags to jingle and wake the baby. At first I was impressed with the look, feel and completely silent tag I got. Unfortunately, within 3 months I found it on the floor. The loop that you put the ring in broke. I contacted the manufacturer and they were amazing and made me a new tag free of charge. Unfortunately, a couple months later the same thing happened. I love the idea of this but improvements need to be made in the design to make it more durable. I also want to note that my dog does not scratch at the tag and cannot reach to bite at it. The seam in the loop seems to be weak.

My rescue chihuahua was afraid when her dog tag clanged against her bowl when eating and would stop eating and leave her food. I removed her collar and it helped but I didn't want to leave her without a collar so now with this Soundless Pet tag which is very cute she eats all her food without being scared away. I am so happy and so is she!It is also delivered in a cute drawstring bag. Thank you!!

We bought this tag for a couple of reasons: 1) it wouldn't "jingle" when our girl walked around the house late at night/early morning and 2) there's no engraving to rub off after time like with metal tags. While on the expensive side, I do love the quality and look of the tag! We bought a "S" ring/clip to go along with it for ease of removing the tags but also more security in keeping them on her collar. We lost a set of tags recently (who knows where), so fingers crossed we don't lose this one. Time will tell if it stays put, but I hope we've covered our bases. P.S. I love the personalized thank you note they put with it (wrote her name) as well as the nice gift bag they put it in!

Order arrived just as I had envisioned it. It was super cute & looked so handsome on my little guy. He is a rescue & because of his past sudden/loud sounds bother & distract him. This new tag was so quiet, just what he needed.I however made the mistake of not reading the description & ordered this for a puppy so of course, he did what puppies do. Chew, chew, chew. I was pretty bummed but Love Your Pets has been AMAZING in working with me to get an age appropriate tag ordered for him until he is out of his puppy/chewing stage & ready for a replacement. Great company to support!

I love this tag. It is thicker than expected, but the letters are cut deep and easy to read. Perfect size for our little beagle! It is light weight and doesn't make that jingling sound metal tags do. I only wish I had the foresight to switch out the tiny metal ring it came with with a sturdier one. My BF attached the leash to the tiny ring by mistake one day and our puppy took off running, snapping the ring, and loosing the tag. I will probably buy another one soon and use a better ring to attach it to the collar.
