I bought this as a replacement to the coffee I drink everyday because I just wanted something healthier. It is so easy to mix and tastes great. The first day I drank it I could tell it may take some getting used to but now I truly love it. I put a little sugar in my cup with a little bit of a flavored coffee creamer plus this and some hot water. It gives me more energy then my cup of coffee used to and definitely speeds up my metabolism.

This bag of Tea powder is a good price for the amount and considerable more than other tea.Definitely better than culinary grade and I able to brew good macha with it.With appropriate tea set, I am able to get some foam.Taste wise, it can be a little bitter if temperature is too high or too concentrated.However, with a instant read to precise 160F water and careful measuring of tea and water amount.I was able to brew consistent great tasting tea to my own liking.A little work is involved, but the process is part of enjoyment.

This is NOT ceremonial grade matcha as it says in the listing. Don't be fooled by all the glowing reviews, which I realized too late were all very recent and from compensated reviewers. It's an adequate, culinary grade matcha. Way too bitter to drink and doesn't froth when brewed.

It is NOT ceremonial matcha -- the tea itself is okay, but the grade is more like Dakota -- at least, that's what mine looks like.

This is not ceremonial grade. It's more greenish brown instead of the vibrant green it should be. It also tastes more bitter and bland than the eco heed ceremonial grade matcha. The only reason I ordered this instead of eco heed was because the eco was out of stock at the time I needed to order more. This is undoubtedly good for culinary use but it's not great for tea.

This was excellent value for matcha. As you can see, it’s not ceremonial grade, but I think that’s self-explanatory and I don’t believe it claims to be. It is great for cooking, and it also makes an excellent matcha latte too! I’m almost at the end of my bag, I’m going to re-order again soon! It also has good nutrition information about superfoods on the back packaging.

LOVE IT! This is absolutely delicious. I purchased a more expense brand, that was very good although it was half the size of the Zen Bliss brand. I was totally expecting Zen Bliss matcha green tea to be greatly inferior in quality to the other brand. I was very pleasantly surprised. This tea is so yummy. I'm about to place another order before folks get wind how good this tea is and it begins to sell out, my entire family loves it.

My personal opinion this is not ceremonial grade Matcha but rather a culinary-add in type Matcha. It's much darker than what I'm use to. It's also a tad bitter compared to the brand I've bought on here that was actually listed as culinary. Still good Matcha and you can't beat the price but harder to drink it straight. It's why I didn't rate it as 5 stars.
