First of all I did not recall receiving this item. While looking at previous orders I found it was shipped with my crab bait cages and hiding in the parcel. I looked in the box yesterday and found these clippers. Was over all happy with them. Not yet 100% satisfied yet. But not because of the product. I had two knee implants last year and had to have folks clip my toe nails. This being said, the problem now is not the clippers, but regaining full use of my knees to bend far enough to us the clippers. However I am able now because of these clippers to trim most of my toe nails myself. Recommend it.

After having a hip replacement 2 years ago, I've never had the flexibility of touching the toes on the operated leg again. Getting tired of arguing with nail technicians, who believe toe nails should grow to the end of your toe. Shouldn't be my daughter's chore to cut them shorter when I've paid someone to do it, but no matter how I stretch, paying attention to my restrictions, I just can't cut them. This clipper makes it doable because the clipper head turns giving me a little more reach.

I was so looking forward to using these toenail clippers. They have been disappointing. They don't seem to cut the nail clean through. Although I don't have particularly thick or contorted toenails, it is quite difficult to get my toenails in between the cutting blades. The opening is too tight and I have to jiggle it around two or three times or more to fit the blades over and under the toenail to cut them. There is not enough clearance between the two blades. Although I love being able to rotate the cutting head to get a better grip on it, it comes apart just about every other time I use it and have to reassemble it. Disappointing overall.

I'm giving this item 5 stars because of the excellent customer service, and it works as it should. I originally received a clipper that didn't open as it should and was sent a replacement within a week. I would like it even better if the clipping head was straight rather than curved, but nonetheless it works, especially for someone who has problems with their hands.

Excellent for those of us with some physical limitations. The long handles and flexible head make trimming easy. It took me a little time to get used to them (after decades of clippers with heads in line with handles) but well worth the effort. Sharp and strong.

Ok these are sturdy and well made. The holes in the handle make a difference with the grip factor and the swivel head is firm enough to not move around when you are trying to clip. They come in a black velvet - like bad with a drawstring for storage so that is nice also. I used them right away when I got them and found I was able to complete the job with no issues. I have arthritis in my knees and deal with chronic pain so I needed some clipper with a longer handle and these fit the bill. Would buy again.

This is a well-designed and manufactured clipper. It is sharper than any other I have used before. The rotational head makes for improved access without sacrificing a good grip on the clipper. The overall size is a bit larger than standard clippers. This is a good thing. The stainless steel arms with openings is lightweight and strong. I like it a lot.

The leverage on these clippers is great but the bite is small and hard to get under a large curved toenail. They should have made the whole thing bigger and not just the handles.
