Smooth Complexity...YUM!
This coffee is very nice. It is smooth, complex, and nicely priced. Generally when I open a new bag of coffee, I take a sniff -- a habbit carried over from when I was younger and used to sniff the pages of a new paperback SiFi book. And usually, the smell, when really nice more often than not yields a not-so-great flavored cup of coffee. This Copper Moon "Stargazer" has bucked this trend. Not only does the beans smell great, but most importantly, it taste great as well. This is a must try coffee Y'all.

What can I say about Stargazer coffee from Copper Moon Coffee? This may be the best coffee I’ve ever had. Really. The fresh aroma is enticing when you open the bag. The roast quality is probably the highest that I’ve ever enjoyed. The coffee tastes smooth and creamy and definitely not bitter.

Very good coffee- used in our espresso machineNice medium to dark roast without bitterness.My wife has her milky coffees and I generally grind a strong coffee in the morning-and this bean held up splendidly.In fact this bean is going to become our everyday choice for now.

Never thought about ordering beans from here. I'll now be ordering from here regularly. Stargazer is delicious. The smell that poured out of the bag was quite refreshing. After grinding them and using the French press I was impressed with how delicious this is. I'll definitely order more.

Delivery is SLOOOOOWWWW
Coffee is delicious, but it takes forever for it to be delivered.postponed the day of delivery. Iwaiting for it to get here and then I get a email saying it will be five days later. Shouldn’t take this long for delivery.
