First before taking this or any supplement have your bloodwork done to establish a baseline. Over the course of about 8 months my total cholesterol went down by 40 points. I had already made modifications in my diet so this was the only thing that would have driven my total cholesterol down. I will continue to take this as long as it is available.

Bought the 1st large bottle of CholestaCare on HSN during a presentation by Andrew Lessman in early January 2020. My husband & I both take one 1-2 times daily with biggest meals as directed. Both of us have had slightly elevated Cholesterol levels over last few years with "good" cholesterol decreasing. After taking this supplement & having lab work done, our doctor was impressed by the results! Total cholesterol was down and the "good" cholesterol had increased significantly with both of us! I have been taking this for 4 months to lower my cholesterol . I just had my blood drawn and my cholesterol was 238. I would say this stuff doesn't work. A waste of money.
