These are a reasonably high dose CoQ10 at 300mg But they are Not in round bottles as pictured in description. Don't understand why Livewell show round bottles but instead send these horrible flat packs, this is the second time this has happened, the last time when I purchased B12 it arrived the same, may not be a problem for you like it is me, otherwise they seem to be ok.

C0q10 is a vital nutrient. It is produced by the liver for the protection of body cells especially the heart but if one is taking statins the nutrient is blocked and the natural cholesterol also made by the liver is blocked also so it is essential to take COq10 especially as you get older because the liver produces less.
