I love this book so much!
This is one of the most beautiful, passionate books I've ever read. From the photographs and illustrations to the recipes and stories....every turn of the page is a delicious adventure. It's not a book to breeze through but one to take time to savor. It's a work of art and my words are not going to do it justice. You just can tell that this book was a labor of love. I cannot recommend it highly enough. If you have a foodie, chef, lover of nature or artist on your gift giving list, you've got to get this for them. It's truly something very special.

The book is beautifully presented. I think there are a lot of people who will be interested in it. The book is more foraging oriented (tremendous amounts of flowers and blossoms in here), and not so much technique oriented. Over all it is a book along the likes of Origin pertaining to Australia produce and products.

Pre ordering this book
Peter is a great chef!! Love his restaurant. Have read his first book Quay and I've not cooked from the book, just return to the restaurant now and again...I have to say that I'm not impressed with the way my order was handled. Received 2 emails in one day (one asking me to confirm that I still want the book, second telling me that my order was cancelled)Interestingly enough the book is back on and almost 1.5 times more expensive then I've pre ordered.Sorry Amazon but it's the first time that you've managed to annoy me and enough to make me comment... hope this can be rectified. Guessing if it's been done to me it's been done to many others....
