Size:Pack of 6 Delicious noodles made from USDA organic yellow soybeans. These noodles are packed with protein, in fact they contain about 4 times more than traditional Asian wheat noodles, and 4 times less carbohydrates. Cook them for 5 minutes for a bouncy noodle, or cook for 15 minutes if you enjoy a classic colder noodle. Made without preservatives or additives. Try serving them in your favorite ramen noodle recipes, or soak them in water overnight to add to a cold noodle salad.

For those of you on Carb restricted diets/lifestyles I love this little gem
For those of you on Carb restricted diets/lifestyles I love this little gem. Soybean noodles that come in little "nests". Takes 5 minutes to cook, 117 calories, 16 grams protein, 8 fiber, 15 carbs w/4 grams sugar (none added). I've been making as directed on the box. Makes a nice little noodle soup for one. It quick, easy, satisfying, relatively low carb, and feels like a "cheat" meal. When was the last time you had a bowl of noodles??? Right??? Yummy!

Good pasta replacement for low carb
These are actually pretty good. I was pleasantly surprised. I had my doubts but they don’t have any strange taste. There is a slightly different texture than other spaghetti noodles, but if you Are doing low carb it’s totally doable and a solid replacement!

Im starting to eat low carb and I’m a big fan of ramen & lo mien. This good choice to buy and cook them the way I like. Will buy again

No words to describe texture or mouth feel
Did not meet expectations..the texture is very odd and yes I'm aware that it's not going to truly feel like pasta but I have found another brand and it's GREAT..I know that there is great soybean noodles out there and unfortunately this brand isn't it

My favorite low carb noodles!
These are kind of like the noodles in a cup noodles to me. I boil them for five minutes then add to my stir fry and they are delicious! I was able to kick my craving for noodles with these and I'm a very picky eater according to my husband. I had my daughter try them and she liked them too. I'm thinking if you boiled them in a broth instead of plain water they my be a little more flavorful. I also cut them up a bit, they area very long noodles. Don't be fooled by the little nests. I was very suprised at how they blow up to a nice sized portion. I can barely finish one with my stir fry veggies and chicken.

Exceeded my expectations
I purchased the Gafell Soybean noodles a while ago, but never found the right time to use them. I must admit that I was nervous by the "soybean" due to a bad experience with other bean flour products with poor taste and awful smell. So I finally decided to try them out, because I was out of other rice based noodles, for a fried noodle dish. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised to find the the noodles didn't stick to each other or disintegrate and merge into one large mash of noodle that often happens with rice noodles. They held their shape and were both firm and slightly stretchy.Very pleased and will by again.

Rough texture but definitely noodles
They are really quite good! Understand it’s got a sort of rough texture to it but it’s about the closest to pasta that you’ll be able to find. Carb count is pretty good too and it holds up in soup really well.

These aren’t bad! Milder flavor than I anticipated
These aren’t bad! Milder flavor than I anticipated. I cook mine longer as I prefer a softer noodle.
