Easy swap for my existing assembly. Installation was smooth.

Excellent Replacement
The lock on our business front door would to remain unlocked and would only lock. It gets heavy use so not very surprised that problems would develop. I have changed many residential locks without any problems. This system was pretty straight forward and I was able to install it with no problems...I am so glad I did it myself rather than call a locksmith and pay a fortune for a simple job. Lock and handle work well and will hopefully last a few years.

Liked the push to open feature but didn’t like the latching part.

Not manufactured by Adams-Rite
This product is not manufactured by Adams-Rite and I have had two problems with them since they were installed. One is the door doesn't close automatically. Instead, it hits the strike plate and gets stuck. It has to me pushed in manually to lock the door. I just purchased an actual Adams-Rite manufactured latch and the latch is of better quality and does close automatically.Also, we have had problems inserting the key into two of the three lock cylinders. They worked fine for several weeks and then the key couldn't easily be inserted all the way in. I haven't tried graphite but this shouldn't be necessary. I'm guessing it's because they are not manufactured by Adams-Rite.

Ok door latch, need to pull door pretty hard to get it to close.
Pretty cheap and easy enough to install given you have the proper tools (hole saw, jigsaw, various drill bits, etc.)

I received the push/pull paddle and it was used a return sent by Amazon by mistake I contacted "email" Pacific Doorware Dan said he would get a new headed my way ASAP. you can't beat that kind of service. very happy with my purchase. would recommend them to anyone.

I have never installed one of these lock with paddles but it went well and installed very easy with the instructions
