Worth the money if you buy that one easy to swallow and is a really effective vitamin

It really worth buying. It smell really good and it thick when you apply on your skin or hair. I didn’t swallow it so not sure if it easy to swallow. It helps my hair grow out healthier. It also does stick to my hair.
