Not quite sandalwood but I still like it
I don’t think this really smells like sandalwood, but it has a clean and spicy scent that I still like. It is sort of medium for strength of scent so that is good as well. I like the size of the bar as some are way too big or small so that was good as well. It was a bit flaky when I unwrapped it so made a bit of a mess but in the shower it seems fine. Overall, I like it but to me it doesn’t smell like sandalwood.

Too Strong for Me
Looks like a high quality item, and this review is the odd man out, but just be aware that the smell is so strong that I mistook it for a port-a-let when it wafted across the yard from my outdoor shower...even before it was used. Don't go by this reviewer though as this person could be oversensitive. Never actually used the soap but wrapped it in plastic and sent it on its way. Apologies for the one star.

Lovely soap, wonderful smell of sandalwood. Beautifully packaged.

This is a bath size bar and it’s beautifully wrapped. The fragrance is quite pungent, but as I like sandalwood, I’m happy about that. In use, it lathers well and leaves the skin feeling soft. It will take some time to use, but from previous experience, soap from this company doesn’t crack and go hard and the fragrance is retained until it’s used, so it’s very good value as it will last some months. I love the wrapping and it woukd make a great gift.

Its OK and similar to dove soap but a lot more expensive. Does not dry the skin.
