Don’t 2nd guess
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This was a present for my wife. She wanted something beyond her traditional heels that she wears. I caught her casually browsing shoes and she was looking at this product line quite a bit. She said she loved them but we’re a bit more expensive than she would like to pay.I took note and got her a pair for her upcoming birthday.Attached is a video of her reaction. To say the least, she was happy.I can’t attest to the durability of these but I’m glad they do come with a pair of replacement heel pads. Their styling and fit is great (from what I’m told).I should be in my wife’s good graces for at least a solid week or two. Perhaps even three weeks, I can hope.So for those who have significant others who really appreciate the art of shoes, don’t hesitate to purchase. You too could have 1-3 weeks of elevated appreciation and admiration.

The Best Hot Chocolate I've had
I recently attended a black tie wedding, I'm in a wheelchair and wore a gorgeous black cocktail gown, I felt like a princess. Everyone came up to me and said, "I love your shoes!" So I'm not a princess... I have sent everyone I know to the Hot Chocolate Design link on amazon. There are SO many different styles that I want to buy. The shoes are so comfortable.

Totally Addictive Shoe Line!
Okay, here is the big problem with Hot Chocolate Design shoes ... they are addictive as heck! The Lolita ones caught my eye once and it was all downhill from there. I researched all the different styles and questioned which size to get. I was told to get a size 7 for my 9.5" foot. So I decided on the Emmas and anxiously awaited their arrival. Unfortunately for me, once they arrived and I tried them on, they were a tad too small. I could sit in my chair and stare at them lovingly, but I would never be able to actually walk in them for more than a few minutes. That meant they had to go back. Since there were no size 8's in stock, I decided to get the Marie Antoinettes instead. While looking at the size charts on the two styles, I noticed something odd. The heels in this brand shoe have two different size charts. The Emma and Lolita show the 10" size as an 8, while the others show it as a 7. So, when ordering, pay close attention to the chart. I ordered the Marie Antoinettes in the 7 and they fit perfectly. Now that the sizing info is out of the way, let me tell you about these beautiful shoes. They are as fabulous as they look in the pictures. The colors are wonderful and they are super fun to look at. With this pair, it's like getting two shoes in one because of the spats that are included. You can add and remove the spats without having to take your shoes off. They snap underneath with two heavy-duty snaps and close in the back with hook and loop tape. Just in case it helps somebody, I am posting a picture of them open. Also, there is actually a visual right and left to the spats. As you can see from the last two pictures, the insides have the same flower design, while the outsides have a likeness of Marie Antoinette on one side and a cake on the other. I think they are actually interchangeable, but if you put them on the other way the more interesting designs are on the inside.I haven't worn these anywhere yet so will update my review once I can tell you if they are comfortable or not.

Beautiful Shoes!
Beautiful shoes! These are my first pair of Hot Chocolate shoes and I will definitely be buying more in the near future! They are very well made, beautifully designed, and about as comfortable as high heels can be!The photos online don't do these shoes justice. They are extremely detailed and every inch is covered in a unique design. My feet measured closer to the size 9, but it was right on the cusp so I went up to a size 10, knowing that I would have some wiggle room. There definitely is a tiny bit of extra space, but not enough for the shoes to flop around and be uncomfortable. I have a fairly large bunion on my left foot, and I love that there is a wider than normal toe box to accommodate that!

Love them!
I love the shoes! They are super pretty, I'm always between a 8.5 and a 9 and got a 9. They are comfortable but I'm used to wearing high heels so please take this into consideration. They are not black and white so they should update the pictures, I knew this and still bought them because they are very pretty and will serve their purpose. Wearing them to work today because well it's October.I put it against a sheet of paper so you can make a decision.

Disappointing
I was very disappointed with these shoes. They'd been on my Amazon wishlist for about two years, I think, when I finally bought them on a lightening deal (They were originally $95 I think; the deal made them $69?). When they arrived, the overall quality was not what I expected for a $95 price tag. The size was a little bigger than I expected, so they felt too loose. But the thing that made me send them back was the screwed up footbed in one shoe. It was so bad it was uncomfortable to walk in. And discount or not, I wasn't paying that much for shoes that were than messed up and uncomfortable.I sent them back! The seller was very responsive and did give me a full refund though, which I appreciate.

Gorgeous shoes!
I've been eyeing these for a while and was do disappointed they were out of my size. Still, I kept coming back just to ogle the pictures of the shoes. 'Lo and behold...my size was finally available. I was giddy.I added these babies to my cart and quickly clicked the ‘Buy’ button before they disappeared again.Eek? So cute. So absofantastically freaking cute!!! I bought my shoes a cake. Yes! Yes, I did. Why not?Let them eat cake! 😂🎂😍(The only thing that sucked was Amaxon's packing. They used a thin plastic bag instead of double-boxing. This allowed the box to become damaged. 😢)

5 stars for style, 0 stars for comfort.
These shoes are stunning but unfortunately are now just an expensive ornament. I walked down one street & by the end of it I was in agony. There is something very wrong with the design of the toe that makes them excruciating to wear. I'm not sure if there isn't enough height or the the space between the part under the balls of your feet & the end of the shoe, but the hardness of the shoe itself leaves your toes feeling like they are being stood on. I even put silicone pads in above my toes to try & soften it a bit but to absolutely no avail. I had to go barefoot for the rest of the night & ended up walking back to the hotel with no shoes on at all. I have a lot of shoes & have never experienced anything like this. Unfortunately the cut seems too high on the ankle too, which I worked out before I left the house in them so had plasters in place. Had I not done so it would have worn a hole in my skin.I will see if I can return them as they are unwearable, which is beyond gutting as they are so beautiful & otherwise very well made & comfortable (if stood still & never walking) with great arch support. I wear a 7, so maybe the larger sizes aren't proportioned correctly.I've wanted some Hot Chocolate shoes for ages so am really disappointed.

The most beautiful shoes I now own.
I love these shoes! I keep using the excuse of 'breaking them in' as a reason to be over glamorous in my footwear choice.I was surprised how comfy they were from first try and was a bit wary of the soles being plastic/rubber and likely to be not durable. However once on they feel like a similar of flats I have (by Crocs) which have lasted a good while so I am hopeful.I have wide feet and am usually a 6.5 uk size soWent for a 7 and they fit fine. The longest I've worn them is around 4 hours where my feet did start to 'slip down' the incline a bit to become a little uncomfortable, but a quick break and readjust and it was ok.Design wise they are perfection! I have a bunch of very jealous friends and have had great compliment from strangers.

If these were just half a size smaller ...
I love these shoes. There are my favourite pair of shoes ever. I managed to get them for the slightly cheaper price in the Amazon Lightning Deals, but disappointingly, they are too big.The smallest size that Hot Chocolate do are a size 3. I'm a size 2, maybe 2.5, depending on the shoe. These are a finger's width too large at the heel, and I'm looking at options to make these shoes work, but I'm not finding anything, due to the size of the gap. But I do have shoes/boots that are a size 3-4, depending on the make.If my feet were half a size larger, or the shoes were half a size smaller, these would be the comfiest heels that I've worn. The heel is nice and sturdy, so you don't feel like you're walking on stilettos. The strap fits comfortably, although, the spider web section does tend to bulge out a little, when I stand up. There are two different designs on the sole, which is a really stand out feature. I love the overall look and style of the shoes and can incorporate them into quite a lot of looks.I'm just so disappointed that these don't fit and totally on the fence about whether to send these back and get a refund, because they're a very expensive mistake otherwise. But if I do keep them, they'll just be sitting on my shoe rack, gathering dust. If I send them back, I'll be forever thinking about ways I could have made them fit.Edit: I've kept them. And bought another pairanother pair

Really nice shoes, comfy but a bit snug.
Haven't had the chance to wear them out yet, but it's a beautiful shoe! I love that I can change the style with the clip on covers to suit different styles or seasons. As far as high heels go they're really comfy and are well padded inside. The chunky heel makes them nice and sturdy for the height.Only downsides is the covers are a bit creased from being in the box near the toe and the fit around the toe of the shoe isn't great but I do have quite long narrow feet so maybe it's just me. Doesn't affect the wear, the slight gap just bugs me. And finally the cover is a bit iffy to put back on. It fastens with velcro around the ankle and a couple of snap fasteners under the sole, the snap fasteners don't always click in very well and come undone a little easily. But nothing drastic.Overall a really comfy pair of shoes with a beautiful and quirky design for a decent price. My advice though is go for a couple of sizes bigger than normal. I'm usually a UK 7 and bought a UK 8 and it's a little bit snug around the toes.
