Very satisfied with my purchase
I really like this niacin supplement. It arrived well sealed and in great condition. The capsules are easy to swallow and have no bad taste. Iโm using it as part of my wellness routine and I feel good with it. Great quantity for the price and good quality overall. I would recommend it and would buy again.

Wow! Flushless Vitamin B3.
This is my second purchase of Endur-Acin and I am extremely happy. I have been looking for a form of Vitamin B3 that is "flush" free and this is the one because it is truly nicotinic acid which is the only type of niacin that targets heart health and lipid metabolism. It is coated in a vegetable wax that results in it breaking down slowly thereby avoiding the flush and I have not experienced any stomach upset either. I bought 500mg and have found it very effective in boosting my brain function while recovering from a broken neck (2021) where morphine was used daily. My memory was severely affected but when I was released from the hospital 4 months later I stopped the morphine cold turkey because I needed to rebuild my memory. Using many different supplements things were slowly getting better but when in late 2024 I finally began Endur-Acin surprisingly quickly things turned around. Within the first month a brightness and clarity had surfaced and progress is continuing. I would highly recommend it to anyone needing the benefits of nicotinamide. I was unsuccessful in achieving my goals with other types of Vitamin B3.

Do your research
I find this product to be good in combination with a healthy diet and exercise. As for lowering cholesterol you will need to do research to find out what specifically is causing your cholesterol concerns there are serious concern amongst doctors regarding high cholesterol. My understanding is that the initial understanding of cholesterol we have been told about was wrong. The HDL is your total number and needs special testing to find out where in that total number the problem lyes. From my research it is the triglycerides and LDL but specifically the small dense LDL that are your trouble makers. You would need to specifically ask for your small dense LDL levels to be checked it is not something that is normally checked for. I have also found that by eating more greens and less much less processed foods have decreased my triglycerides and LDL. While my initial numbers were not bad at Total HDL 200 Triglycerides 123 and LDL 139 with a healthy diet and exercise as mentioned above I have lowered triglycerides to 104 and LDL 135 my total HDL did increase to 208 but the HDL to LDL ratio lowered everything that was high has lowered to what the doctors consider normal ranges. I occasionally take the B3 or Niacin to maintain levels of B3.

Less flushing; Same Amount of Niacin
So, apparently, "no-flush" or "reduced flush" doesn't have the same health benefits as the kind that makes you feel like you're dying, but the "full flush" niacin made it look like I was 70 years old (I'm 43) with blood vessels popping out of my head. This time-release has MORE of the benefits than Niacinamide which is about the same as taking ascorbic acid instead of eating an orange (it's incomplete). Since it's real Niacin, in a large dose you WILL get some flushing, just less. The release is delayed so you are less likely to overwhelm your liver which will cause gout to flare up since uric acid can't be filtered out of your blood. In my case I have gout AND really flushing on just 100mg of straight Niacin so this is the best I can do. I have something wrong with my vascular system and this reduces the symptoms. Talk to your doctor before starting, stopping, or changing the type of Niacin you take as the effects on the body can be extreme, especially at high doses.

Here's the skinny
I have researched around to get the skinny of taking Nicotinic Acid (B-3) for reducing cholesterol. I found that there are several release types IR (immediate), SR (sustained), ER (extended), CR (controlled). Well, I ruled out taking the SR as it was associated with a higher rate of liver toxicity damage based on the way it is delivered in the body. Testing has been done on the ER medical grade and found to have a lower rate of liver damage similar to the IR niacin. Also is relative to the dosage usually above 3g based and long term use. There is some indication that taken at bedtime reduces the effects on the liver. The title says Low Flush but I experienced hot flashes and itching with my very first does of 500 mg. Non Flush formations are said not to be Nicotinic Acid (B-3) and infective for the purpose intended. I read taking a 325 mg of aspirin at the same time will eliminate the Flush side effects but I have not tried that yet so I can speak to that. I can't take statin or Lipador because it causes short term memory loss and not just me, my friend had the very same reaction to it so we both stopped taking it and our memories are fine now. I want to take a more natural approach although it is a chemical it's not man made and something our body needs naturally. I don't know yet if this is the final brand of niacin I will wind up with or if I will be able to go the distance due to side effects of such high doses, but I'm going to give it a honest try.
