The cane itself is nice; sturdy, well built and presented and packaged very elegantly. I would have wrestled between four or five stars but the customer service tipped me over the edge.Initially, the product incorrectly, and frustratingly, arrived in black (I ordered brown). Following some speedy communication with Roberto he eventually offered to send me the correct product at no additional cost.In summary, a good product supported by excellent customer service.
