I work in a retail environment where we promote various events using chalkboards. Re-writing the boards monthly used to be a tedious and messy task, but we switched from regular chalk to these chalk markers and now everybody wants to take a turn.They write smoothly and don't give off any annoying chalk dust when applying or removing. Cleaning off a chalkboard is simple using just water and a little elbow grease.We put some messages and notes on our glass cooler doors but found that the 'chalk' rubs off too easily from the glass, so we have to restrict our writing to areas above shoulder height to avoid accidental smudging.As well as the lack of chalk dust, these pens are so much brighter and neater than using chalk. So far I have only used the round tips and have not yet flipped the tip to use the chisel point nib.Overall I am very pleased with these chalk pens and would love it if they were available with a fatter tip, ideally a half inch would be good for bigger text. They write smoothly and the liquid 'chalk' flows easily and it looks good on the chalkboard.Disclaimer: I received a set of these pens for free for evaluation purposes. These liquid chalk markers were received in good condition. They were easy to prime and worked well. The only problem I had was with the black chalk marker. I was drawing on chalk labels. The black crystallizes and pulls up away from the label. It basically ruined each design I made. All of the other colors worked perfectly fine. I'm not sure what is wrong with the black one. It's basically not usable. Due to only one color being affected I only removed one star. If you aren't sure if your surface is non porous then do an overnight test. If you only do a short term test you might learn the hard way. If you have walls or furniture painted with chalkboard paint then I wouldn't recommend using these markers on those surfaces. I absolutely have fallen in love with chalk markers over the past few months and Frog Chalk chalk markers are absolutely wonderful. I received a pack of 10 markers for review (all statements made are my own and 100% honest). The picture shown with the markers are the colors you receive in the box.When you receive them the first thing you need to do is take off the cap and push the felt tip down to release the pressure. Place the cap back on and shake gently for 30 seconds with the lid on top. Next take the cap off and push firmly down on the felt tip until the ink flows through to the tip. After that you are good to go.... seriously - GO...go write on a car window, a window in your house, a white board, etc... DO NOT write with them on any porous surface though!When you are ready to clean it off use a damp wet cloth, that's it...they are that easy to use. Make sure to put cap back on the marker!!! Then, the next time you are ready to use them, shake them gently and have fun!Great great great product!

I have four little girls who love drawing. Chalk markers seem to be an easy solution for fun drawing without the waste of paper. These markers can be used on any non-porous surface!These Frog Chalk markers come with 10 colors. Some of these colors seem to be neonish and others more of a pastel color. Then you have black and white which are just that. These markers don't seem to leave a chalky residue on the skin and wipe off of surfaces easily. These are great for drawing on white boards, windows for the holidays, mirrors, and car windows since it's game season. The tips on these seem like they are going to splinter easy, so I'm glad they come with 2 extras, although if they all splinter that won't be enough. I also like that they are two sided tips.Overall these are decent chalk markers. They are something fun for my kids to use and easy for me to clean up. I would recommend these Frog Chalk chalk markers to anyone looking for a fun way to create.I received this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

These are great markers. They write like magic markers, but are chalk, so they are erasable. The colors are very bright and look so cheerful on the blackboard in our kitchen. The markers have a reversible tip for different designs ideas. The company really seems to care that you enjoy the product and they have great customer service. I didn't have a problem that they needed to remedy, but when I purchased the markers, they asked if I was satisfied with them. I like when a company cares like that.
