Not a bad supplement. It's an ancient remedy. The instructions say to take 3 capsules, but then I get terrible smelly burps, so I take 1 capsule. Overall, I recommend it. Honestly, it's a very important product.

Happy with this garlic oil supplement! Be advised it's not odorless so you will taste garlic throughout the day (depending on when you take it). I love this for immune support especially when I am getting sick.

I love the health benefits of these garlic oil supplements, but I do get garlic burps for a little while after taking them. Overall, still very happy with the product.

Contrast that with the NOW Foods Garlic Oil Supplement (1500 mg), which has serious garlic content! The moment you open the bottle it is like putting your nose into a used garlic press. There is both a strong scent and taste of garlic. NOW Foods has a great reputation for delivering what they advertise, as confirmed by independent testing labs. I've learned the hard way that you get what you pay for with supplements. Big-box and bargain basement products often don't contain the nutritional supplement they claim, or contain just enough of it to not get sued for fraud. NOW is quickly becoming my go-to brand for supplements, and I feel like I am getting a product I can trust, which is more of a value than cheap products containing mostly filler.
