Great set of rank. This size rank can be used for outergarments and for cover. IT is the large size and cannot be worn on the "class A" shirt. THey are polished, but could use a bit more polishing. Rubbing it down when you get them won't hurt. They are pretty much what I expected and they look as good as the ones that you get at clothing sales.
