KidKraft Highlighter Table and 4 Chair Set

We bought this for a my young kids about 3 months ago. I figured I would give it a couple months before bothering to review.My daughter loves this table. She is 20 months and can easily pull the chairs out and sit on them - her feet don't come close to touching the floor yet, so it will last us a good long while.The finish is nice and smooth, good quality. Yes, sometimes the marks don't always come of with out pulling out the magic eraser, but I am not under the misconception that paint is supposed to be resistant to crayons and markers. My walls and expensive dining table with a high end finish can attest to that. The Magic Eraser gets enough of it off that you can't see it unless you look hard. Besides, it is a kid table, it's white - it does about as well as their white shirts, so I don't take any points for that.The table is sturdy enough that my 25 pound daughter can do a happy dance on it and it doesn't shake. My 275 lb 6'2" husband can sit on the chairs and color or play blocks with her in relative, although awkward looking, comfort for an hour.There was no damage in the shipping because it was well packed. My only complaint would be the Styrofoam they used. Not worth taking away a star, but geez - I was cleaning up the little styro-pills in the hall for a week. MAKE SURE YOU UNPACK THE BOX OUTSIDE!Update - 28Nov2019This is a great table and has worn well enough through both of our toddlers that we gave it away to GoodWill. One of the chairs did get damaged after being used for a battering ram by my son. We also ended up using some wood glue on all chairs to eliminate a bit of wobbling on the slats that go across the seat back. Hubby still sat in the chairs just fine and they felt sturdy until the day we hauled them off. Even after 3 years, I would recommend this table set for younger kids.

I LOVE this table. It is sturdy, feels pretty solid, and really easy to put together. It only took us like 30mins but you could do it even faster, we took our time. It’s not solid wood, but it is really good quality. Fits 2 children comfortably with enough room to write, color, etc.

I bought this set because it looked sturdy and it is! My grandkids are 7 and 4 and are visiting for the summer so they eat and do activities at this table. It will hold up for years. My husband put it together in about an hour and a half and said it was pretty easy. I had done a lot of readying to see what size to get to try to accommodate because their is a big size difference between a regular 7 year old and a petite 4 year old, but both of them have no issues sitting. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I read lots of the other reviews before we decided to purchase this particular table and chair set for our granddaughter. I have to admit there were a few that frightened me but we liked it for the size and color. Well let me tell you...I am so glad we made the purchase. It is absolutely gorgeous and very sturdy. The table is rectangular shaped and the chairs are not wobbly as are some that I have seen even in some higher price ranges. It arrived well packed and in superb shape with all necessary parts. We did not have to purchase any extra parts or longer screws. My husband has actually used the chairs and he is well over the recommended weight limit. My husband put it together in around 35-40 minutes without any difficulty. He only used basic tools and no glue for the chairs. They have heavy use and are still as sturdy as the day he put them together (Christmas). I urge you to give this table and chair set a chance if it is what you are looking for. Don't be discouraged by a few bad reviews. Welove it and so does our granddaughter. Very happy with purchase

The only bad part of this table was that the table top was damaged. Kid craft was wonderful I sent pictures and the sent a replacement top. Heavy duty my granddaughter loves this perfect for a three year old!! Beautiful vibrant colors!!

I love the set. It's super adorable! The table seems to stain kinda easy. I put a clear coat over it and it's holding up to that. The paint on the chairs did start to chip almost immediately but in tiny flecks, nothing major. You can't even tell without looking for it. A couple of chair legs were off a tad bit but not too bad. It won't be perfect but it's definitely cute and gets a lot of use. A bit expensive but what isn't anymore!? The first box came and I checked the table (since a lot of other comments said their table was broken) before I took everything out so I could send it back without a fuss if need be. The table was broken. I just got on Amazon and clicked a few buttons to have it returned, no hassle at all. The new set was sent out before UPS came to pick mine up for return. Very happy with outcome!

I love this table set! I bought this for my four year old and seven year old. My girls are on the taller side and it’s perfect for them. It comes with four chairs and the table is big enough for crafts, building projects and homework.I absolutely love the color the white is beautiful and the chairs stand out and are so colorful. To make it more fun and instead of having solid colored chairs I mismatched the yellow with orange and blue with pink. I’ve had it now for almost 6 months and it’s been nice to have a place for them to create, think and be comfortable.
