The remote is useless while in VR content
The remote is useless while in VR content, all it does is work the volume and trigger the home button. The device itself is mostly uncomfortable, and does not feel quality at all.But, for the price, it has decent optics and does give you a way of viewing 360 videos and the like, so to get your feet wet in 'vr' this is not a bad way to do it.

Virtual Reality
This is very lightweight and comfortable even with my iphone6 plus. When company is visiting, I take this out for entertainment. Very nice accessory but the apps are not the best.

It holds the phone really good slides off though by the side and it is a little bit uncomfortable but for the price can't beat

OK for the price
Seems to be well made and the lens are adjustable for width and I think for focus. I have a Note 4 and with the adjustable bits holds it fairly well. If you are a VR veteran then you could probably make these work pretty well for you. I am a newbie and I found them rather frustrating. It comes with a Bluetooth controller that would turn on the music on my phone and adjust the volume but I couldn't get it to do anything with the VR offerings. Probably better and more comfortable than cardboard for a few more dollars.

For now a three hoping there customer service is there.
Hopefully Defairy will get with me on this one. I can't really get behind this product. It doesn't hold my phone well and it is rather uncomfortable. It also doesn't have many features. I mean it views, but there is no way to interact with vr media. Only volume would work with the remote. Can you help me to return this and get one of the other products you offer that has more versatility?
