Good product. A couple of positions I don't use due to pressure on the shoulder joint, but think this applies to most of these boards. For the money, can't fault it.

I bought this to change my HIT workout. I was already doing 4x20 push up in my sets. I got this hoping it would have made a change to my workout. This works a dream as I am struggling to do 20 press up per set and I sure feel the burn after. My only issue with this is as far as I can work out the colour coding and the diagram do not match. If I am being stupid please correct me as apart from that I think this product is great. I also had 1 sheet with it and it says power press explosion but has no mention of it on the sheet. If there is more than 1 page then please send it to me.

Amazing product, got so many functionalities the possibilities are endless. Easy to use yet so effective, recommend it highly!

Resistance bands are absolutely useless but the rest is OK

Happy with this board. Super helpful with my push-ups. Feel my arm muscles grow very much recently, thanks to this board. Good size, not occupies a lot of space.

Gave it 4 stars because of the resistans bands. There is no resistance at all. Overall I'm quite happy with the board.

Absolute RIP off tatt . I would have complained it it cost me £15 but the price is horrendous for the quality of the product. I'm extremely disappointed rubbish instructions and no bag which is advertised I want a part refund as I'm not paying that price for this rubbish. False advertising

I think this would have been a good home exercise device if it were not for its very unsturdy, unstable quality. I have carpal tunnel syndrome and push-ups are painful. I got these to help, but the instability made it even more difficult. So I returned and got a Nike set. Much better now!
