It is best used no more than 30 mins before sex, simply remove the tip and insert deeply into the vagina and squeeze. If you are trying to conceive I recommend using this with sex starting 2 days prior to your ovulation.

Did anyone receive this in the mail that it expires literally in May/2016 and this is April/2016?? Now wondering if it is safe to use??

In January, I received some that expire in May and I'm now 14.5 weeks pregnant. I'd say give it a shot.

How often do I use this

Use Conceive Plus each time you make love with your partner when trying to conceive. Using a few days before and every day of your fertile period helps to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
