A great pre school book
A big hit with our 3 year old granddaughter- she finds it easy to follow & loves the fact that she can actually use the book herself for " homework"

Great workbooks
These are excellent books, have bought at least 20 of them and my 3 year old son has learnt so much during lockdown. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to help their children with reading and writing.

Nice activities but doesn't teach with phonics
This workbook goes through the alphabet in alphabetical order, with practice writing each letter in both uppercase and lower case and then an activity based on finding words starting with that letter. Some letters get a whole page, others get a half page. The practice letters are quite small for the 3-5 age range and you only get one practice of each letter. Also the activities often included words that didn't use the phonetic sound of the letter eg i for iron and u for unicorn which can be confusing for pre-readers. My just turned 4 year old who was already familiar with her letters enjoyed the book nonetheless and finished it in 2 sittings but I was a little disappointed.
