Use it sparingly
This feels absolutely disgusting on my hands. I don't even want to describe what it feels like but... Let's just say it's inappropriate. Anyway, it has good hold and definition but it does dry crunchy. It may be best to mix it with another cream in order to reduce the crunchiness. I want to try the other shine formula from this line. Probably won't buy this again.

It's supposed to be a cream but when you dip into it it's more like a gel
I used the product as instructed and is very brittle on my hair and drives my hair out. It's supposed to be a cream but when you dip into it it's more like a gel.
