Super good shampoo! It worked in getting out any dirt or debris in the wig along with any smells. The shampoo has a pleasant smell itself and I was able to feel the difference in the before and after the wash. I like to use the shampoo with the conditioner spray. The spray does a REALLY good job at detailing my wigs, even the long ones! Both these products in conjunction made my wigs tangle free, clean, soft, and smelling really nice!

Wonderful smell and good quality

I absolutely love this shampoo. I have quite a few synthetic wigs and I've been using the conditioner spray from Awesome brand, but I've been washing them in baby shampoo and it just wasn't doing the job. I decided to try this and I'm so glad I did. Its so easy to use the directions and measurements are on the back and I fill up a tub with the correct amount of water and shampoo, place the wig inside let it soak for appx. 15 min. I then remove rinse and place on a wig drying rack or Styrofoam. While its still wet I then spray the Awesome conditioner spray on it and comb through. I then allow it to air dry. And wow! My wigs have such a silky look and feel, they have a light clean scent to them and just feel amazing in general. I don't know what it took me so long to find this. If you wear synthetic wigs I really suggest trying this. (also works great on some doll hair)

This shampoo worked great on both my synthetic and human blend wigs, but the fragrance renders this product unusable for me. It’s very heavily perfumed and gives me a headache! It also very much smells like a fabric treatment vs a hair product (IMO), it’s just very intense. That said I’m still giving it 4 stars because it does what it says, and refreshes wigs really well. The process is easy too, being a one step product.

I have trichotillomania and am a cancer survivor - so my own hair is garbage. I wear a wig and had been using all kinds of stuff. I've read things that say it's okay to use your regular shampoo and condition. I've read things that say no don't do that, use fabric softener. After making my wigs frizzy and crappy, I came across this. A 15 minute soak in cool water gets rid of all the normal contaminants, and it also softens up my Got2B Glued. Another 20 minutes and the G2B is soft enough to rinse out, no fighting with it and no damage to the lace. If you're an every day wig wearer, GET THIS!

Best wig shampoo on the market in my opinion. Easily accessible on Amazon as well. Smells wonderful and doesn’t dry the hair out.

It's not exactly a bad synthetic wig shampoo, but it's very heavy on the fragrance and tough to rinse the residue out. You'd get much better results just washing your synthetic wigs in dish soap and water.

I've been using this shampoo and the spray conditioner for awhile now. I mostly use it on my older wigs that are starting to look dry. I love this stuff and you just need to be sure to follow the instructions for the hair length, it is a kind of watery but used to that now. I don't soak my wigs for too long maybe 5 minutes and a warning if the wig is hand tied do not soak as it can loosen the knots. Also, make sure to rinse the wig well to get all the shampoo out i towel blot and then spray with the detangler and finger comb the wig hang on a wig stand to dry. The smell is nice to me, it makes my wigs smell fresh but realize some people have sensitivities to fragrance.
