These are the best organic dried figs we ever had and we have tried them all.

We found these to be very light in color and sweet with a very very mild flavor (too mild) unlike the Kalamata figs we have been buying in recent years, and more like Turkish figs. We are disapointed with these, to say the least. The figs we had been buying last year and before (not this brand) were darker, less sweet, and had much more of a "fig" flavor and firmer texture. Maybe it was not a good season?

I disliked the overall hardness and toughness of the product. It was the dryest and toughest of the 3 samples I tasted of the Kalamata type. Maybe too much sun dry. Tasted good
